NeilMed Sinus Rinse - 2 Bottles - 250 Premixed Packets - Value Pack: Mandatory for Allergy Suffers.
I saw DR.OZ mention this NeilMed Sinus Rinse product on Oprah. I tried it right away, and what a relief!! Finally, I can breath! I don't have a box of kleenex in every room anymore! I can go outside! Sweeping the floor is no longer a nightmare!
I've tried pretty much ever medicine out there (OTC and Rx),
acupuncture, allergy shots, you name it, and none of it really worked
effectively. And I hated the steady drug regime. Then I hear about the
neti pot, and found this right next to it, where the box said it was
the manufactures improved, modern version of the neti pot.
NeilMed Sinus Rinse - 2 Bottles - 250 Premixed Packets Features
- 2 Bottles and 250 Premixed Packets
- Moisturizing & Soothing Nasal Rinse for natural relief.
- Preventative treatment for allergies and sinus symptoms.
- Relieves Nasal Irritation from occupational dust, fumes, animal dander, grass, pollen, smoke, & house dust.
Nasal Wash is a natural soothing saline nasal wash. A large volume
low positive pressure nasal wash is the most effective way to irrigate
the nose based on current medical studies. Nasal Irrigation is an
excellent way to clean mucus from the nose making medication more
effective.
They also clean allergens, irritants, bacteria and viruses
from the nose reducing the frequency of infection. Furthermore, they
help decrease swelling in the nose and increase air flow. Sinus RinseTM
Nasal Wash is excellent for all ages;
I haven't
looked back since, it works great. Twice a day (morning and before bed)
I irrigate my sinus and am off allergy drugs 90% of the year, only
taking them for extra protection during my worst allergy seasons (a few
weeks late spring/early summer, and again in the fall).
I've also
noticed less colds and other illness, as well as less drying out of my
sinuses in hotel rooms, planes and other harsh environments with dry,
dirty air. A life-changing product for me, with zero side-effects.
words of advice:
- Make sure you use distilled or bottled water. Never tap. Tap contains contaminants and unhealthy minerals.
- Warm the water as suggested. Make sure it is not to hot. I tried just room temperature water before - very uncomfortable and puts more pressure on your ears. It was quite painful.
- Dont worry if you first do not succeed. I had to do it in short spurts at first. After a few times, I was able to continuous flush for 1/2 the bottle; each nostril.
- Do not block your nose, nor hold your breath - just keep breathing as normal over a sink with your mouth open.
